Yesterday I got around nothing done, and really didn’t manage to even level at all. I got about.. 2 levels, I believe. about 2 levels, but only dinged once, if that makes any sense… Was determined, though, and got to level 40. I was pleased.

Friday: Busy busy busy busy busy. Didn’t even get on FFXi. ; ;

Today: Well, came home around 2:30ish from my friend’s house, took a second to adjust and get comfortable and sat down for some good ol’ alternate life: FFXi. Got on around 12, nothing happened really, leveled fishing .2 (I know, accomplished much), and just ran around Jeuno being bored. Eventually got a pt invite from a friend, and I’m still PTing now. Not much to report really, but I’ll edit the post later on today and update you!

I’m just going to update this post as I do my first Promy ever, at {Teleport – Holla}. We attempted this with only five people… Why? No fucking clue.

7:35 - Members meet at Holla crystal. Waiting for Xandie. Reset memory, enters.

7:39 – Samanosuke, Schfity, Whiteheartx and I kill random things, waiting still.

7:51 – Whole team is here, we begin to enter second level.

7:56 – Rested and on second floor, battling ensues.

8:01 – First Memory Receptacle killed had the teleport point, warped to third floor, resting.

8:23 – (sorry! lol) Ran through third level, warped to fourth, ran through fourth level, resting at zone for boss.

8:25 – Everyone meets through zone, discusses battle plans.

8:55 – We all die, and wait for the 3 minute auto-warp outside the battlefield.

9:01 – Samanosuke, Xandie and I’s heads are all buried in White’s crotch as we wait for a raise from Schfity.

9:06 – Samanosuke is the most awesome person in the world.

9:08 – This blog is posted. Fin Promy adventure uno.

Introductions… I was never good at these.

Well, for starters, this is a blog about my character on FFXi named Atemfulten, on the Bismarck server. I’m a Hume, naturally struggling in a somewhat successful journey to become a known (or, really, accomplished) player on my server.

But I think I’m going to hop right into this blog. No point in introductions when eventually, I think you might end up knowing me better from my posts than my introduction. So, that said, eyes closed… Let’s go.

FFXI

This week has been interesting. Well, “interesting”, really. My friend’s linkshell (of which I was a member), Shadowoftheday, merged with CelestialDreams, my friends’ friend’s linkshell. It seemed as though I was one of the few who actually wanted it, others in the linkshell seemed unaffected. It’s a shame, I figured it’d give us a kick in the ass to get things going, but even now some of the members are considering stopping play. I guess I should note that most of us had played previously and are coming back after a couple years break, and suddenly three of the closer friends of mine haven’t really broken into full-fledged FFXi yet… And a lurking reason inside me has me thinking they most likely won’t.

I have aspirations in FFXi that are taking far longer than anticipated to acquire. In terms of leveling goals, gil goals, and linkshell goals, each of which have pretty much fallen through or taken flight in other directions. I suppose now is the time to take action in an attempt to maybe get things off the ground. I don’t like the “stuck in a rut” straight-line situation my FFXi career has me bent on, and it might just be time for that to change.
